Prof. Hasan Kurban (HBKU) and Dr. Mehmet Tuncel (ITU) on affinity-based 3D scene reconstruction, developing structure-aware image segmentation with spectral clustering and numerical linear algebra for geometrically consistent outputs, and preparing a paper submission to 3DV and CVPR/ICLR.

- ◦Collaborated with Assoc. Prof. Mohamed Almekkawy (Penn State) and Asst. Prof. Gülsah Yıldız Altıntaş (ITU) on a TÜBİTAK-funded project at the ITU Medical Device R&D Laboratory.
- ◦Developed PINN models using NVIDIA Modulus for bio-heat equation modeling and published a first-author paper at IEEE EMBC 2025 on PINN architectures for non-homogeneous domains; currently continuing research on Super Resolution and Ultrasound Localization Microscopy (ULM).
